Return Policy

At The Tiffany Archive, every piece in our collection is a one-of-a-kind authenticated Tiffany & Co. treasure, carefully sourced, inspected, and photographed in detail. Because each item is unique and cannot be replaced, all sales are final.

Questions before you buy

We want you to fall in love with your piece. Before purchasing, please reach out with any questions about condition, sizing, weight, hallmarks, designer, or collection history. We're happy to provide additional photos, measurements, and details so you can buy with complete confidence.

Misrepresentation exception

Your satisfaction matters deeply to us, and we want every customer to be 100% happy with their purchase. In the rare event that an item arrives materially different from how it was described or photographed in the listing, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will personally review your concern, and if we agree the item was grossly misrepresented, we will work with you to make it right — including the possibility of a return for refund.
